Hello Goddess,
A few notes to make sure you are centered and ready to get started when we start our call.
- We do not offer refunds for services at this time. Services are billed by the hour. Once you have booked your calls or services, you automatically get access to our proprietary information. Therefore, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS EVER.
- I just had a baby and a few fun facts:
- Please allow me 10 minutes grace period before our calls, if I am not there. Sign in and give me grace and patience. If I am late, I will add the time to the end of your call.
- My child may be around during our calls.
- You may be able to hear my child during our calls.
- All Calls are video calls on GoToMeeting. Make sure you leave your current phone number I can send a text confirmation.
- When we start: Please be able to have as much silence as possible, be sitting down, your phone on a tripod, or join from your laptop for the best experience.
- Earphones are encouraged.
- Calls longer than 30 minutes and longer will be on GoToMeetings.com and you will need to download the GoToMeeting app before we meet.

- Please wait until the call starts, there are times when my appointments go 5 or 10 mins over. I would give you the same courtesy if our call goes over. Or, I could be gathering my baby.
